Osteocytes are most common cells in have an essential role formation. study explores effect bovine tooth grafts on number osteocytes socket preservation process post-dental extraction. Methods: A total 28 Wistar rats, 14 control treatment groups, were extracted lower left incisor. Control group PEG without induction graft induction. On 14th 28th days, rats euthanized. Then perform histological examination HE staining cell counting using light microscope Results: We found had higher average osteocyte, which was 146.43±11.41 day 288.14±161.91 day. There significant increase among compared to (p=0.000). Conclusion: Bovine application as dental proven osteocyte after materials increased at peak days.
